ABOUT ME

Welcome, I am so glad you are here!  

My name is Jodette, and some people call me Jode'.  Either one works.

I am so grateful that I get an opportunity to work with people

who are seeking to create change in their lives, including you.

Many of the folks I work with feel "stuck" in life,

as they are working through difficult life transitions and stressors.

Others are recovering from trauma, or trying to cope with disease & chronic pain.  

And sometimes, it's "D" all of the above.  I look forward to learning your story, in a safe

and nonjudgemental space; and successfully help you move forward in life.

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and am certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy.

Before private practice I worked in services for sexual assault, domestic violence,

case management and mental health research for U.S. Veterans.

​

I am also a Reiki Master Therapist (Usui Reiki Ryoho). Attuned in Holy Reiki Fire & Certified Meditation Teacher. 

Certified in Hypnotherapy, accredited by CTAA, iGHyp™, and the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
