About the event

Please dress comfortably.  We will be working on a carpeted floor for 2 hours.  While we do have yoga mats, blankets, and pillows, please feel free to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.  Instructors are Marina Simmons, LMT and Jodette Rose,  EdD, MSW, CPC and their bios can be found at www.sagemoonwellness.com.  Any questions, please feel free to call/text Jodette at 269-635-2157 or email at rosejodette@gmail.com.
