Body Mind & Soul - Space is Limited to 6!
This class runs the 2nd Tuesday of every month. 2 Hour session that will include: Muscle Warming & Joint Mobilization Techniques, Reiki, Guided Meditation, Vibrational Bowl Therapy and Crystal Bowl Therapy. Each one of these normally cost $50-$75 alone! Space is limited to 6.

Please dress comfortably. We will be working on a carpeted floor for 2 hours. While we do have yoga mats, blankets, and pillows, please feel free to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
